Research zoning, redevelopment, and regulatory developments that may affect project positioning, leasing opportunities, and marketing strategy. Maintain accurate project, leasing, and marketing records, and assist with periodic reporting related to project performance and stakeholder disclosures. Help prepare materials for annual investor meetings, including project updates, leasing progress, market analysis, and strategy outlooks.
