The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program is a project created by the U.S. government in 1990 and administered by the USCIS, which allows foreign individuals and their immediate families to obtain permanent residency in the United States through an investment in the country.
The EB-5 program allots 10,000 visas per year for aliens and family members whose qualifying investments result in the creation or preservation of at least ten full-time jobs for U.S. workers.
