The Limited Partnership invested in the development and management of two commercial buildings which brought new job-creating enterprises to Delano Marketplace. The DMP 1A LP project is a mid-size retail establishment consisting of approximately 90,400 square feet and a hotel of approximately 67,931 square feet. It is a portion of the larger development known as the Delano Marketplace in Delano, California. Strategically located on the eastern portion of the site, the project enjoys freeway visibility and ease of access. As an adjacent development following the opening of the Walmart Superstore, DMP 1A LP retail and hotel will enjoy the foot and vehicular traffic generated by the retail giant.

Located on the corner of Woollomes Ave and Garzoli Ave, Pad 4 is the most visible building as one approaches the Delano Marketplace project from Highway 99. The adjoining development that includes a Walmart Supercenter has brought superior tenants and increased revenue for this retail development.
