The Limited Partnership invested in the development and management of two commercial buildings which brought new job-creating enterprises to Delano Marketplace. The DMP 1A LP project is a mid-size retail establishment consisting of approximately 90,400 square feet and a hotel of approximately 67,931 square feet. It is a portion of the larger development known as the Delano Marketplace in Delano, California. Strategically located on the eastern portion of the site, the project enjoys freeway visibility and ease of access. As an adjacent development following the opening of the Walmart Superstore, DMP 1A LP retail and hotel will enjoy the foot and vehicular traffic generated by the retail giant.

The Limited Partnership invested in the development and management of four commercial buildings which brought new job-creating enterprises to Delano Marketplace. The McDonald’s restaurant occupies Pad 2, which is located at the corner entry of the project. A second drive-thru is occupied by Taco Bell, and is located adjacent to McDonald’s. Located behind the front pads are two retail buildings that have attracted national as well as local businesses ranging from retail, office and food uses.

The Limited Partnership invested in the development and management of five commercial buildings which brought new job-creating enterprises to Delano Marketplace. Pad 2 has been leased to Panda Express, and adjacent Pad 1 has been leased to Starbucks, Ono Hawaiian BBQ and Verizon Wireless. Three additional retail buildings are planned within this project area. These retail buildings are designed to attract national as well as local businesses ranging from retail, office and food uses.

DMP 1d Limited Partnership invested in the Delano Marketplace development project under YK America Regional Center. The Limited Partnership invested in the development and management of one commercial building which brought new job-creating enterprises to Delano Marketplace. Current tenants include Army Recruiting Center, ACE Cash Express, Western Dental and others. Located on the corner of Woollomes Ave and Garzoli Ave, Pad 4 is the most visible building as one approaches the Delano Marketplace project from Highway 99. The adjoining development that includes a Walmart Supercenter has brought superior tenants and increased revenue for this retail development.
