El Centro Town Center ECTC1 belongs to the YKARC Regional Center, and is located in the City of El Centro. The Regional Center develops, builds and maintains four commercial buildings, and will create new employment opportunities for the City of El Centro. The total development area covers 27,900 sq. ft. and includes uses such as retail, office and food service. This new development is an extension of existing shopping center of El Centro Town Center project, which has received governmental support through an EDA grant to improve streets and infrastructure. Currently, there are national tenants in the center, including H&R Block, Social Security Administration, Manpower, USIS, Broken Yolk, and Subway.
