YK Group CEO Justin Huang and Marketing Director Howard Ting attended the 2nd Annual IIUSA EB-5 International Investment & Economic Development Forum held in Laguna Hills from April 30 to May 1, 2012. As a member of IIUSA (Association to Invest in USA), YK Regional Center exhibited along with eleven other representatives ranging from well-known regional centers, EB-5 consulting companies and EB-5 specialist lawyers. Items of discussion included topics such as the future of immigration through investment, EB-5 program reform (legislative, regulatory and administrative) , as well as case studies.

The much anticipated groundbreaking ceremony for the Delano Marketplace was help on February 15th, 2012 for the third, fourth, and fifth immigration programs. In attendance were important officials from the City of Delano and tenants like McDonald’s and Panda Express along with Chinese investors, who all participated and witnessed a most exciting occasion.
