YK America Group partners with cities on redevelopment projects, and has current and completed developments in Los Angeles, Imperial, and Kern Counties in the state of California.

Commitments from major retailers such as Wal-Mart, Target, Lowe’s, Costco and so on build the brand credibility of a shopping center development and cause it to increase in value. Publicly-traded retailers are reliable long-term tenants and create stable long-term jobs.
